Customers within the European Union dealing with us as consumers may cancel their order within 7 working days from the day after they receive the goods providing
If the goods are not faulty you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Until we receive the goods back at our warehouses the consumer is responsible for them so you should make sure that you have adequate insurance, particularly if you are returning glass items.
Once we have received the returned goods and checked them we will issue a refund within 30 days of you notifying us that you will be returning the goods.
Returns Procedure for Consumers
If you wish to return goods you must notify us in writing within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods.
Once received we will issue you with a returns form for you to fill out and include in the parcels that you are returning.
The returns form will also provide details of where you have to return the goods to.
Once we receive and check the goods we will issue a refund.
Please note that we will not accept notifications to return items once seven days have passed after receipt of goods
